I think I like it because Flickr is a good way to find pretty wallpapers for your desktop, and this makes it all the more fun. I'm always changing the wallpaper on my computer. Right now on the iMac:

Also, I quit my job last week! I'm still employed for about 3 more weeks, though, because I gave a 4-week notice. If I were to quit in 2 weeks, there's a chance he wouldn't be able to hire another baker in my place and I definitely wouldn't have enough time to really train her if he did. So hopefully this gives him enough time. There are a lot of reasons for it, and I won't go into details, but I think it is ultimately for the best. I need to find a job closer to home that allows me to have a consistent schedule. So this will be interesting! Especially with the lack of job openings lately... If worse comes to worse, I can always work for ChaCha. I've already been accepted to be a Guide for them. I think realistically I could make 8-10 dollars an hour with them. Plus, I still want to start up an online business selling wedding announcement designs, and cards and etc. But I'll still be looking for a real-life 9 to 5 sort of job, no worries!

Jared is at work right now so I am bored out of my brains, if you couldn't already tell! Tomorrow he will be working from 1:30 to 6:00. He'll try to call in late so that he can go in at 2:00 instead. We'll be eating our Thanksgiving dinner with my Mom and Karl, and Wes and Elizabeth and Ali will be there too, I hear! We'll be heading to Jared's parents after Jared gets off work to have some more food and dessert. I'm very excited! And very glad to be off of work today and tomorrow. I worked almost 13 hours yesterday (starting at 5 a.m.)! Gah.

In other news, McDonalds is giving a free Redbox rental for each large drink you buy. Last night we rented Get Smart and Iron Man. I think I fell asleep after 10 minutes of Get Smart (long day), but Jared said it was really funny, so that's always good!

Hmm... what else can I bore you with? We bought a memory foam mattress from Costco.com and tried it for one night before deciding to return it. It was a little TOO firm for the both of us. For some reason, I thought memory foam would be like heaven to sleep on, but now I am anti! Way to go, Costco! I still love Costco, though. They carry my most favorite Glade candles ever - Apple Cinnamon. Yum. Ever since then, I've decided that Costco are good people.
