Moving time!

The rumors are true, we are moving! Yesterday we started packing, and we will be completely moved out of our apartment by the end of Wednesday (yes, tomorrow), moving into a much more spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome in Pleasant Grove. We were lucky enough to snatch up the contract from Jared's sister, Lisa, and her husband before anyone else could. :) We're very excited! We have lots of work ahead of us, though... here are some of Jared's thoughts about the moving process, in song form:

In other news, our Valentine's Day was great. Jared woke up super early to run and buy me some roses and a balloon.

He couldn't hardly wait for me to wake up and see the surprise... I should have realized something was up when he continued to randomly wake me up as the morning progressed, whether it was noisily taking a shower or lightly bouncing on the bed with a grin ear to ear. But sleep somehow continued to pull me back under the comforter and into dream land. I finally woke up and walked into the living room at around 11 a.m. (ack!) It was a beautiful surprise. Thank you, Jared. You are the beeessst (said in Nacho Libre voice...)

Also, I recently bought a sewing machine that conveniently hides in a nice little table for only $35. KSL is great.

Bad news.. I think I broke it the day we bought it.
Good news... that's what moms are for.

  1. I am sad you are moobing away from me, but very happy that you got such a great deal on such a big happy place. Hopefully sometime soon I'll be well enough to come see it. YEAH
