news in the life of us... and we're going private

Long time no see!

So it seems like not much has been going on with us lately, but I guess that's not completely true. Some things that have happened recently:

- I sprained my ankle yesterday.
- Jared registered for the fall semester at UVU. It starts on the 26th of August.
- I can't remember if I said this already or not, but I registered for the Pharmacy Technician program at MATC. It starts August 17th.
- I was offered a job with a rehab place called The Journey. It was a full-time graveyard position and paid $8. I started on the paperwork but never turned it back in to start working. There were a couple reasons for that... 1) I had another interview coming up for a $15/hr job in AF. 2) I would hardly ever see Jared, because my schedule would be 6pm-9pm:School, 10pm-6am:Work, 7am-2pm:Sleep. So we would maybe have seen eachother as much as 4 hours a day, if we were lucky. 3) The girl that hired me called me to see if I was still wanting the job. She then went on to explain that she was quitting in about 20 minutes and so she wouldn't care one way or another, and then she continued to complain about the company which scared me off... just a little bit. So no success with that, in the end.
- That 'other interview' I mentioned earlier was supposed to occur today. However, having sprained my ankle yesterday, I was a little concerned about my first impression being a limping, clumsy girl. I didn't go. It's okay though, because:
- I got a job doing outsource Graphic Design work for HIT Web Solutions (previously Heritage Web Solutions)!! This was the job that I really really wanted, because I knew it would give us a lot of flexibility -- we can move anywhere now and I'll still have a job. Plus, I'll get to see my hubsby a little bit more now. Happy day.

I think that's it as far as news goes.

THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART:
I'm going to make this blog private. Because I am going to be working with random people all over the country and possibly world, I want to make sure that they won't be able to find information and pictures of me simply by Google-ing my name. This blog does have quite a bit of personal information, so it has to be done! As much as I hate it (it won't update in Google Reader or any feeds anymore) - it has to be done.
